This document aims to outline the actions and studies that the ANPD will define as a priority for the 2024-2025 biennium. Among the themes are: rights of data subjects; processing of personal data of children and adolescents in the digital environment; artificial intelligence for facial recognition and processing of personal data; and data scraping and data aggregators.
