Regularization occurs in two stages: first, a qualified professional performs georeferencing; then, the data must be sent to INCRA for certification, ensuring that there is no overlap with other registered properties and then it must be recorded in the land registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deisy stressed that, regardless of size, all properties must comply with this requirement.
