For her, the recognition of transnational insolvency, without the need for approval by the STJ, is less bureaucratic and promotes international legal cooperation, as long as it does not violate constitutional principles. Camila emphasizes that the correct application of the law, simplified by Law No. 14,112/2020, provides security to investors, ensuring an efficient response in cases of insolvency. The TJSC decision represents a practical advance in the reform, offering a more efficient way to deal with transnational insolvencies in Brazil.
